Assume all payments sent to the invoice are non-refundable. It is not my responsibility to provide a refund if you decide you no longer wish to pay the invoice/decide to cancel your commission slot. Please keep in mind payments to your luxury purchase are part of my monthly income as a sole proprietorship! 

Refunds may be discussed, but will be case-by-case. 20% (+ additional PayPal fees and raw fur fabric costs, if ordered) of the invoice amount is considered standard non-refundable. However you may opt to receive parts in value to the non-refundable portion if you cancel (More details below)

If you choose to cancel your commission, work can be shipped out based on the amount that has been paid to the invoice. Keep in mind the majority of work does not start until full payment is made. Please let me know at cancel how you would prefer to match the value paid to finished smaller parts to be shipped to you. Etc etc. (Example: If $1300-1500 is not refunded, you can opt to receive handpaws).  This is negotiable and can be discussed upon cancellation. 

You may resell finished work. You may also resell unfinished work (AKA: Commission slots can be resold if it includes the character). Please note that sizing and design will NOT be able to be changed if the slot is resold if progress has already been made with current sizing information  Anything you resell may be at whatever price you deem fit. 

BYOB (Bring Your Own Base) - Requires base approval, DM if you are interested: I can discount $700-1000 off commissions/preclaims that include a head if the buyer provides their own foam base for me to work with. 700 off for a cast foam base, 1000 off for a hand-carved base. Bases MUST be high quality, and foam (no 3D prints or resin). The base will be finished in my own style but I will take buyers input for preferences of course. This option is available primarily for clients who have a specific shape/style in mind and are unsure of my abilities to properly pull it off. Buyer must provide/ship the base to me for this discount. 

If you don't like a part of the suit and it must be remade: Any ‘scrapped’ versions of your project will likely be repurposed (generally into premades down the road). Any scrapped versions (bases, eyes, etc) will be made to look entirely different than your reference material / will be made into an entirely new character. This is negotiable, please let me know your preference if it comes to this, I am generally willing to work something out to send the scrapped version to you (example: very specific eye design, and you would prefer to buy the scrapped version off me/ or for me to just discard your scrapped version of the project) 

Heads, partials, and parts are generally one-size-fits all. However, specific sizing information may be requested for things like crown size (head) or shoe size (feetpaws). If you have any other sizing information or concerns you would like to throw my way please let me know, and I can either accommodate to these, or ease your fears (whichever applies). On the other hand, bodysuits are very specific to the duct tape dummy. Please view many tutorials if needed to get a general idea before beginning this process (SpiltGrapeSoda on YouTube has a good one!). Dummies should be marked at wrist/thumb, ankle/heel, elbow, knee, belt/tailbone, etc. Anywhere where you would like for me to have specific reference points for markings or general construction should be marked. Keep in mind: The completed body will only be as high quality as your dummy is! The dummy is my only physical reference to your IRL body; take your time to make it accurate so your bodysuit will come out proper. 

If information in this document conflicts what has been discussed in a listing description or in direct messages - Direct messages and listing descriptions take priority. Information outlined here is more of a safety net; this information is a backup beyond information that is specified. Example 1: A custom description says the slot may be resold, however TOS says no. Decision: The slot may be resold as those are the terms detailed on the specific slot information. Example 2: Client discusses details for a partial refund, however TOS says no. Decision: The slot may be partially refunded as terms have been discussed. 

Prices are generally all inclusive, however, additional parts will require additional payment. If you would like a second pair of handpaws, or a second tail, these would be an additional cost. (Smaller wings or horns may be included in the base cost, but feel free to ask to upgrade to larger/removable options for these). I do not have set prices for these and will likely go based on your offer, but I can let you know a general price range if needed. 

PayPal will essentially work as a contract/middle ground. PayPal provides both buyer and seller protection. If any issues arise within the commission process and a solution cannot be provided based on discussion in DMs, PayPal may be used to escalate the case by either party. 

Custom work will generally be completed in about 6-12 months of full payment unless otherwise discussed.

I am unfortunately only able to ship within the US at the moment. The shipping address on PayPal must be to a US address. I am only able to ship to the address provided on PayPal (so a claim cannot be submitted that I provided false tracking).

I am not responsible for anything that happens to a suit after shipping. I will ship with full insurance on the package, but if insurance decides it does not cover something, then I as the seller/shipper am not responsible. 

I ship with UPS ground with full insurance, if you would like to request and pay for something other than this, please let me know prior to your suit being packed to be shipped. 

I will likely post the suit finished and along the process. Please let me know your specific preferences with this. Such as if you would like to be tagged in the final post, if you would prefer I did not post until the suit arrives to you, etc and I can accommodate.
